Hallo Maik!
Das Holz ist 15 mm stark. Die Stege der Aluprofile, woran das Holz verschraubt ist, sind 4 mm nach innen versetzt. Der Steg selbst ist nochmal 1 mm stark. Das Holz schließt auf der Außenseite zwar nicht mit dem Profil ab, ist ein bisschen nach innen versetzt, aber gerade das sieht – wie ich finde – sehr gut aus.

welche holzstärke hast du genommen? bei dem 25×25 profil müsste es ja 18 oder 19mm dick sein?!?

Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall den Elektroausbau durch Fachleute, wenn man selbst kein Experte auf dem Gebiet ist.
